Please allow at least four days' notice, if possible, to schedule sitting or new client consultation. It is best to give as much notice as possible, especially for holiday sitting. We will, of course, do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Your reservation is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or text from us.
Cash, check or Zelle. Established clients may leave payment at your home to be picked up on your first visit. We ask that new clients please make payment in full, in cash, check or Zelle, at your meet and greet.
Clients usually leave 2 keys with us for future use. Your keys will be kept safe and never marked with any identifying information. A code is also acceptable.
If your return is delayed unexpectedly, we should certainly be able to continue sitting. Regular rates, including holiday rates, and established schedule will apply, and will be due upon your request.
We should always have your contact information, along with vet information, on file for every trip you take so that we can get in touch with you in case of an emergency. In case of medical emergency, we will take your pet to your veterinarian. You will be responsible for all medical charges due, and reimbursement of any medical charges paid by your sitter.
We make every effort to follow your cat's routine and visit your home at your requested times. Please keep in mind that we generally do not visit before 7 am or after 6 pm.
In the event of inclement weather, we need to have a local contact who can take in your pets if you are unable to return home. If you choose not to return to care for your pets, and we must travel to your home during inclement weather to care for them, we reserve the right to adjust your scheduled visits accordingly. Regular rates, including holiday rates, and established schedule will apply, and will be due upon your return.
A cancellation fee will apply for all visits cancelled without proper notice. On major holidays (listed), 24 hour notice of cancellation is required or full fee applies.
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know so we can address your concerns and remedy the situation. We are happy to refund your money, in full or in part, depending on the situation.
